I also set my LTHR low and that didn’t adjust either. I don’t know if the auto adjust doesn’t work of if it only works under certain conditions.

Last month I upgraded from a Garmin Venu to a Garmin Fenix 6X PRO Solar. I was impressed by the new features that were available in the Garmin (training recovery, training effect etc) + battery life. When I got the watch I was just after a cold that kept me 2 weeks without training.

I don't wear my watch during sleep and I understand that it will take the lowest reading when you do not move. But since a few weeks it got way worse. I always had lower readings around 50 when my resting HR was around 56 but since a few weeks the resting

This section talks about the current SWIM feature set. It will never be implemented in full on all swim-capable watches BUT WILL probably be implemented in full on the current crop of top-end watches and beyond ie it is already on the Swim 2, Forerunner 945 (v3.77 beta), Fenix 6 (v5.72) and it will be on this 2020/21’s 955 LTE.
Wrong heart rate %/zone shown. Former Member over 11 years ago. So, I've set up my resting heart rate in Garmin connect and, I see the different zones properly. When I upload a workout in Garmin Connect, the Heart rate section shows the wrong % and zone. Now, I've seen a few people with the same issue and, as an answer, people told them that GC
6X - Heart Rate, Cadence, PulseOx and VO2 not working. GarethF 6 months ago. Used my watch with no issues on Friday however today (3 days later) I went for a run and noticed that there was no HR data or cadence during the run until the last 20 minutes when the HR kicked in (still no cadence). The activity review showed no cadence or VO2 data.
